The origins of acupuncture can be traced back to at least 3,000 years, making it one of the oldest health care systems in the world. It has been used for thousands of years in China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan & Vietnam, and over 300 years in Europe. Acupuncture is one of the most commonly accepted complementary therapies in the West- Australia, many European countries, the USA etc.

Acupuncture involves the insertion of pre-sterilized thin solid needles into specific points on the body to improve health and treat illness, and is suitable for almost every health condition, either on its own or in conjunction with usual care.

Congratulations to Master Yang, Sam & Andy on being awarded Gold medals at the 2014 Australian Open Taekwondo Pumsae Competition and representing Australia at the WTF World Taekwondo Championship in Mexico in Oct 2014.

Master Yang has been suffering from a number of spinal disc injuries and the consequences of surgery for many years and Shawn has been helping him to overcome the extremely painful but very rewarding rehab process.

Shawn has helped Sam and Andy, who have been suffering from multiple musculoskeletal injuries from their hard training.  Shawn has been gladly helping this proud Australian team since 2008 and will continue to support them.

Shawn has also helped many other elite athletes including former field hockey Olympian, swimmers, cricketers, runners, cyclists, golfers and rock climbers.
